None. Kabbalah 1 is the starting point. It assumes no prior study, no Hebrew, and no religious background. Everything is taught in plain language from the beginning.

Every session is recorded and you keep lifetime access to all ten, so a missed Tuesday doesn't put you behind. Your mentor and breakout group are there to help you catch up.
Each week has a practice challenge designed to fit into an ordinary life: small, specific actions that take minutes. The workbook is there to support you, and nobody is grading it.
This course is in person in Beverly Hills, at 192 N Canon Drive. The immersive parts (meditation, breathwork, workshops, your discussion group) are why it's worth being in the room.
